Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to receive a bulk cargo into both building storage section and open-air storage section with a single common installation without the bulk cargo being raised onto the top of the building, upon temporary storage of coal or the like in a storage yard, by laying conveyors in an angle frame which bridges over a heap. CONSTITUTION:A bulk cargo is transferred by an introduction conveyor 6 in a side wall section 5 to a position near to an angle frame 8, and is raised above a conveyor 10 through a delivery section which is formed by folding the belt 6 in an S-like shape with the use of rollers 11, 12, and is shifted onto the conveyor 10, by being dropped. Then the bulk cargo is transferred upward by the conveyor 10 along the angle frame 8, and is dropped into a storage yard from the top of the angle frame 8. The thus dropped bulk cargo is heaped up with the rest angle thereof. With the use of a movable beam 16 and a drive-away machine 18 together with a take-out conveyor which is not shown and which is driven and moved the bulk cargo is driven away from the yard. With this arrangement the bulk cargo may be efficiently introduced.

Conventionally, the method of receiving this type of bulk material was to move a stacker to the side of the yard at a base where it was piled up in the open.
Some stackers received and stored drumstick material. In addition, at bases with a shed, a receiving conveyor is installed on the top of the shed and the cargo is received by a mobile tripper.

However, the above-mentioned stackers and reclaimers cannot be used at bases with sheds, but they also have the drawbacks of easily generating dust and not being able to discharge the goods sufficiently. Bulk materials must be lifted to the top of the shed, which not only requires special equipment, but also requires reinforcement and enlargement of the shed structure to support the receiving conveyor and tripper. There were other drawbacks. Ideally, it would be ideal to build a shed over every pile of rag material, but piles are not always formed throughout the yard, and there are places where the yard is receiving or discharging or where there is no pile. It is not necessarily economical to set up a shed, and it is ideal to erect a mobile shed on a part of the pile. In this case, if the receiving conveyor is provided at the top of the shed as described above, there is also the drawback that equipment for this must be provided even in the open storage area.

Nine grooves 5 are formed in one side wall 1 (left side wall 1 in FIG. 2), and a receiving conveyor 6 is accommodated therein. Two rails 7 are laid on both sides of the upper part of the groove 5, and wheels 9 attached to both bases of the chevron frame 8 move on these rails, and the chevron frame 8 is moved along the side wall 1, that is, the yard. The chevron-shaped frame 8 is formed in a chevron shape so as to be able to move in the space between the shed 3 and the pile of bulk materials C, and a conveyor 10 is installed on one side of the chevron-shaped frame 8. The outer base of the conveyor 10 is oriented above and intersecting the receiving conveyor 6 and is adapted to receive the bulk material from the receiving conveyor 6. That is, as is clear from FIG.
1 and 12 to form an S-shape, and the roller 11 lifts the drumstick material above the conveyor 10 to drop the drumstick material onto the conveyor 10. Incidentally, since the rollers 11 and 12 are also integrally attached to the chevron-shaped frame, they move together with the movement of the conveyor 10, so that they can continuously transfer the bulk material.

Furthermore, another rail 13 is laid inside the top end of the side wall 1, and the wheels 15 at the outer end of the movable beam 14 installed across the yard are rolled on the rail 13. , to move the moving beam 14 along the side wall 1, ie, the yard. A rail 16 is laid on the movable beam 14, on which wheels 17 are moved to move the dispensing machine 18 laterally within the yard. The dispensing machine 18 is configured to be rotatable, and the collection conveyor 1
9 is attached to be able to move up and down, and is adapted to drop the drumstick material C onto a conveyor (not shown) provided along the moving beam 14.

There is also a groove 2 in the other side wall 1 (the right side wall 1 in Figure 2).
0 is formed, and a delivery conveyor 21 is accommodated therein, and is configured to take over the bulk material from the conveyor of the moving beam 14 and deliver it to the outside of the yard.

Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, when receiving bulk materials into the side wall 1, the bulk materials are first loaded onto the receiving conveyor 6 extended outside the yard. While being conveyed by the conveyor 6, it enters the groove 5 of the side wall 1 (I) and is conveyed to the chevron frame 8. Here, as is clear from FIG. 3, the receiving conveyor 6 includes rollers 1
1 lifts it above the conveyor 10 and bends it into an S-shape from the bottom of the roller 11 through the roller 12, so that the bulk material carried on the receiving conveyor 6 goes around the roller 11. At that point, it is dropped onto the conveyor 10 and passed on. In this way, conveyor 1
The bulk material inherited by 0 is sent obliquely upward along one side of the chevron-shaped frame 8, and falls into the yard from the top portion thereof to form a pile. At this time, if the slope cannot be achieved with a flat belt due to the angle of repose of the bulk material, a conveyor for steep slopes such as a flexible conveyor is used.

Next, when discharging the piled up bulk materials to the outside of the yard, the movable beam 14 and the discharging machine 18 are moved to appropriate positions, and the collection conveyor 19 is rotated and raised to collect the bulk materials from any piled position. do. The bulk material taken in by the collection conveyor 19 is dropped from the dispensing machine 18 onto the conveyor of the moving beam 14, and is dropped from the end of the moving beam 14 into the dispensing conveyor 21 in the groove 20, and is also transferred to the outside of the side wall 1. It is transported to the other side and dispensed.

Although the conveyor 10 in the above embodiment is attached along one side of the chevron-shaped frame 8, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, by changing the length or inclination angle of the conveyor 10, the tip end can be changed. It may be moved to an arbitrary position to receive bulk materials in ideal conditions depending on the condition of the pile.

Furthermore, if rails are laid on the outside of the tops of the left and right side walls 1, wheels can be placed at the bases on both sides of the shed 3, and the shed 3 can be moved along the yard, allowing only the necessary materials to be hung on the shed 3. I can do it.
