Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the shift of indication at UHF band by using a variable resistance element with an intermediate tap and a switching element to adjust a voltage thereby interlocking the band display of low band VL and high band VH of the VHF band. CONSTITUTION:A tuning voltage at the reception of the VL, VH and UHF is switched by a band switch 1 and a variable resistor element 2 and applied to terminals LB, HB and UB. At the VL, transistors (TRs) TR1, TR2 are turned off, a voltage at an intermediate tap point C is decided by a VR2 and a voltage at a point (b) is decided by an R3. At the VH, the TR1 is turned off and the TR2 is turned on, the voltage at a point (a) at the VH is decided by the VR1 deciding the voltage at the point (a) at the UHF and a voltage at the point C is decided by a VR3. The TR1 is turned on and the TR2 is turned off at the UHF and the R1 decides the voltage at the point (b) and the VR4 decides the voltage at the point C.
