１：冷却室、２：被冷却物、３：送気用チャン 、
バ、４：排気用チャンバ、５：空気吹出口、６：空気吸

において、前記空気吹出口の開口正面に位置して水を噴
霧するスプレーノズルが対向配置されており、該スプレ
ーノズルから空気吹出口の開口面に向けて水を噴霧する
