ブル絶縁基板を、細長い貫通孔を有する′　絶縁スペー
サを間に介在させて二つに折り曲げ、スペーサの貫通孔
を隔てて導電体と抵抗体を対向させて該基板の縁辺を接
着するとともに、導電体及び抵抗体に沿って該基板上を
摺動自在な押圧子を設け、導電体又は抵抗体のいずれか
一方が押圧子によって他方に向けて押圧され、これらの
導電体と抵抗体が貫通孔を通して互いに接触するように
