生し、金型の寿命を著しく損う。しかも、金型表面には
凹凸があり、各部分によって熱容Mが責なる為、場所に
よっては冷過ぎる部分が生じ、その結果湯廻り不良を起
したり乾燥不足による水残りを来たし、不良品を発生ず
るといった問題があった本発明はこの様な従来の問題点
に鑑み、水溶性離型剤を加熱した上で金型にスプレーす
ることにより、前記問題点を解消せんとづるtものであ
