る排気通路から成る底部を有するマニホールドコンバー
タの上端を密着させた状態で、前記マニホールドコンバ
ータをエキゾーストマニホールドに締結すせるマニホー
ルドコンバータの保持構造において、前記マニホールド
コンバータを、前記エキゾーストマニホールドおよび前
記モノリス触媒並びに前記底部を含むマニホールドコン
バータを、これらを貫通し前記マニホールドコンバータ
の軸芯に沿って延びるボルトによって前記エキゾースト
マニホルドに締結したことを特徴とするマニホールドコ
