PURPOSE:To aim at eliminating an unravelling step, by providing, on the upper section of a vehicle which may be driven to travel, a mover which is movable in the direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the vehicle and may carry a plurality of reels so that the unravelling of enlongated wires may be made during carrying of the reels. CONSTITUTION:A mover 4 is arranged movably in the tranverse direction on a self-travellable vehicle 1 by means of sliders 3 which slide on rails 2. A stationary plate is attached to a plurality of guide poles 5 planted on the mover 4, movably in the vertical direction through rollers. A tiltable plate is pivotally attached to the stationary plate through an upper pivotable support fixture 12 so that it may be pivoted by a drive device 8. A plurality of brake devices each including a brake wheel 16 and a brake rope 17 are arranged on the tiltable plate 13, and reel shaft bearings which support a reel shaft for rotation is disposed in each brake device. 如く伸線工程から撚線工程への捲取hv−ルの運搬また
、余尺ワイヤを有する使用済リールを伸線工程へ運搬し
ても即使用することができ逐いため、撚線工iから層線
工程への使用済リールの運搬、および解編作業、そして
要義工程から伸線工程への空リール(層線工程において
余尺ワイヤを取シ除いたリール)の運搬と非常に複雑な
物の流れ及び作業となシ、非能率であった。又、その間
リールが停滞し、滞留するために余分なリールや運搬車
が必要となシ、しかも、要義工程、廃線のためのス墨−
ス、作業者も必要で非常に不経済であった。
