において、略円盤状の弾性部材と、弾性部材の外周部に固着される
外周側リング部材と、弾性部材の内周部に固着される内
周側リング部材と、から構成され、弾性部材は内外周部
間を結ぶリブを有しており、リブの中心線は両リング部
材間にトルクが作用しない状態においては半径方向線に
対して傾斜しており且つ両リング部材間に推進軸の常用
される大きさ及び向きのトルクが作用した場合には弾性
部材の変形によって略半径方向線と一致することを特徴
