Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ孔の円筒状内面とこのシリンダ孔内に滑動自在
    に装架された円筒部材の外面との間の流体密分離を計る
    ように前記シリンダ孔の環状溝内に装架されるようにし
    た弾性材料製の密封リングであって、フランジ部分を限
    界する第１の半径方向の表面３４と、外側リップ４０と
    内側リップ３８とをそなえ前記第１の表面に対向する第
    ２の半径方向の表面とを有する環状部分３２を包含し、
    それぞれのリップに内縁部と外縁部とを設け、前記内側
    リップを前記環状部分の軸線に対して内部に向けて僅か
    に傾斜した方向に伸長せしめ、前記両リップの外縁部を
    前記シリンダ孔の対向面および前記円筒部材の対向面に
    対して協同するようにした密封リングにおいて、前記環
    状溝内に装架された後はフランジ部分内周面５０が通常
    は前記円筒部材の対向面から離れた位置にあるように前
    記フランジ部分の寸法を定め、前記第１の面に加えられ
    た圧力が前記第２の面に加えられた圧力を所定値だけこ
    えた時前記フランジ部分が前記環状部分の軸線に関して
    係合するに至る時、半径方向内方に向けて変形できるよ
    うにし、これにより前記フランジ部分の内周面が前記円
    筒部材の対向面に密封関係で係合するに至るようにした
    ことを特徴とする密封リング。
