    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケースに固定された一対の端子板と、前記ケー、　　　
    ス内に両端部が前記一対の端子板に接触する原位置と該
    接触が解除される作用位置との間に移動可能に設けられ
    た常には前記作用位置方向に付勢されたバイメタルと、
    前記ケースに圧入され先端部が該ケース内に突出して前
    記バイメタルを原位置に係止し過電流時に前記バイメタ
    ルが撓み変形することに基づき前記係止を解除する係止
    部材とを具備してなるサーキットブレーカ。
