弾性変形可能な胴部６を持つ容器体１と、キャップ状で
あって、下部を前記容器体口頚部７に内嵌固定した周壁
１０の上部−側にはノズル孔１２を、頂壁１３には取付
孔１４をそれぞれ明け、またノズル孔１２下方の内部に
、頂壁１３裏面との間にノズル孔１２と取付孔１４に連
通ずる射出通路２１を形成する封止部３を設け、この封
止部３に、容器体１内に垂下される注水管１９及び容器
体１内空所に連通ずる通気孔１８を射出通路２１に連通
ずるよう貫通させた射出ヘッド２と、この射出ヘッド２
頂面上の操作ハンドル２２から前記取付孔１４に挿入さ
れる栓体２３を垂設し、この栓体２３の一部に、回動操
作により前記射出通路、２１と通気孔１８とを連通また
はしゃ断する注気溝２４を凹設した切換え栓４とを備え
