Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）筒状の外部導体の内部に絶縁材を介して中心導体
    を配設した同軸型接、触プローブの基端側に　　おいて
    、外部導体の基端部を筒状に突出させ、同様に中心導体
    の基端部を外部導体基端部の内側において筒状に突出さ
    せ、接続すべき同軸ケーブルの外側導体である網線を露
    出させてその−外側の外被の外面に逝り返し、折り返さ
    れた網線の外周に接続プラグ金具の基端の筒状取付は部
    を被せて同軸ケープ１ル外周面に固定し、−接続プラグ
    金具や筒状取付は部に続いてその先端側に筒状の大径プ
    ラグを形成し、この大径プラグの外側寸法を前記外部導
    体基端部の内側に接触状態ではめ込まれちる寸法とし、
    大径プラグの一内側には絶縁部材を介して同心的に小径
    プラグを固設し、この小径プラグの外側寸法は前記中心
    導体の筒状基端部の内側に接触状態ではめ込まれうる寸
    法とし、小径プラグの背徳の突出部に同軸ケーブルの芯
    線の先端を固定し、前記大径プラグおよび小径プラグを
    外部導体基端部ｉよび中心導体基端部に離脱可能にはめ
    込んでなる、回路基板検査装置等の同軸型接触プローブ
    と同軸ケーブルとの接続装置。　゛
  2. （２）接触プロ・−ブの外部導体基端部に切割りを軸線
    方向に切り込んでなる実用新案登録請求、の範囲第１項
    記載の接続装置。　　　。
  3. （３）小径プラグに軸方向の切割りを形成してなる実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１′項記載の接続装置。　　　−

  4. （４）　　−触プローブの外部導体基端部の突出先端縁
    に内側への屈］曲部を形成するとともに、接続プ、ラグ
    金具の筒体取付は部と大径プラグの境界部７の外面に環
    状溝を形成し、この環状溝内に前記−屈曲部を係脱可能
    、にはめ込んでなる実用新案登録安接続装置。′−′
