Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the replacement of an inspecting device and inspect numbers of vertically set tubes easily and speedily by fitting the inspecting device to a truck which is movable on a horizontal run rail, and rearranging the inspecting device for every vertically set tube. CONSTITUTION:A movable truck 14 is coupled in a free elevation state with a truck 10 which moves along the horizontal run rail 4 by using a wire rope 12, and the ultrasonic flaw detector 7 is coupled under the truck 14. Consequently, the weight of the majority is supported by the rail 4 and the rearrangement of the inspecting device for a weight body for vertically set pipes is facilitated to inspect numbers of vertically set tubes which stand closely easily and speedily.

In one example, the spacing between the pipes is so small that eight people cannot fit through it, the spacing between the rows is narrow enough for a person to walk sideways, and the pipe height is IOm.
In 2001 to 2002, when a centrifugally cast austenitic #thermal steel tube with a length of 8 to 4 meters was welded, there were no abnormalities, but as time passed, corrosion and cracks in the welded parts occurred. This may be caused by creep, and it is necessary to conduct a non-destructive test using ultrasonic flaw detection to check the life of the pipe.
discloses the prior art of this 'ik standing pipe inspection device. These devices are split into two units in order to be installed on standing pipes that are installed in a row.Ultrasonic flaw detection system@The probe can be displaced by a full angle around the axis of the brass tube and can be moved up and down in the longitudinal direction of the tube. , it is connected to the higher-level masochistic machine via complicated couplings, holders, etc., and the entire m1 of this device, including the drive mechanism and utilities, is quite heavy, and it is difficult to install this heavy object in a cramped place as mentioned above. It is quite difficult to replace.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned causes of work in the prior art, and the method will be explained in detail below with reference to the attached drawings, together with the device configuration. The first embodiment is shown, and the R membrane tube (1) is 7-ohm.
3). Stand pipe (IA) (IB

IA) (IB) and traveling trolley (5A) (5B)
From K, lift the running rail (4) in a horizontal position to the top of the crotch tube group ``i'' and keep it fixed in that position.
5A) (5B) The structure shall have enough strength to not fall due to the load from the V1 running rail (4). As an example, as shown schematically in the figure, a vehicle frame (a) (7) that sandwiches R membrane tubes (IA) (IB) is connected with a cross link (8), a spring, etc., and four wheels (9) equipped with VC are connected. ) to stand pipe (IA)
0 traveling rail (4) which can advantageously employ a structure in which it is pressed against (IB) and driven by a motor with a wa-ohm speed reducer is a trolley αQ that can freely travel along it in the left and right directions.
In this example, a quinch (ro) is mounted on the truck.
Equipped with a quinch (b), hook the winding up and down wire rope @ 7 ts 0 extending downward from the R membrane tube (1) to the hook (to) of the movable trolley 'a◆'. Then, the inspection device M is connected directly under the moving table JEα◆. It has a rotatable η probe and is designed so that it can be attached to the standing pipes (1) arranged in a row as a two-part structure. In the longitudinal direction of the tube, the tube can be raised and lowered by winding and unwinding with a winding quinch (b) via a wire rope along with a movable cart 1241. t, JIE II trolley Q4 does not work even if the wire rope (6) breaks, the inspection device (to)
