Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a state in which a silica slurry mixed with an appropriate amount of fine aluminum powder is injected into a mold and foamed; 1.1 and 2. .2 is a side formwork that is assembled on the bottom formwork 3 to form a box shape, 4 is a foamed silica molded body, and 5 is a through hole drilled in the lower flange of the side formwork. This is a side formwork fixing bolt screwed into a screw hole in the bottom formwork 3.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, a wire mesh 6 is disposed within the formwork, and the wire mesh 6 tied to one side is connected to the other side of the wire mesh 6 to form a side mold. It is inserted into a small hole provided in the frame 1, attached to a holding member 8, and stretched within the formwork.A suction plate 9 is also provided, and an uneven pattern is formed on the surface of each side of the plate. Two metal plates 10, 10 are attached to the suction holes of a suction plate (not shown) so as to be detachable. The suction plate 9 is constructed of a hollow body with a rubber sheet pasted on its surface, and is connected to an air suction and discharge device (not shown) to attach and detach the metal plate by air suction and discharge. Therefore, the uneven surface of the metal plate 10 has a surface in contact with the suction hole. In the figure, reference numeral 11 indicates a normally used partition plate.

That is, a side formwork is assembled on top of the bottom formwork, and a wire mesh is arranged, and then a suction plate 9 and a partition plate 11 are arranged, and metal plates 10, 10 are suctioned to both sides of the suction plate 9. Silica ash slurry mixed with fine aluminum powder is injected into the plate, foamed and molded, and then cured in an autoclave and released from the mold. As shown in FIG. Aerated concrete plates) are obtained.

In this invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the reinforcing material is fixed by erecting a metal lath 6' between the upper and lower reinforcing bars 13, and fixing the reinforcing material by fixing the reinforcing material 6' with the threaded end portion of the reinforcing bar 13 using a connecting nut 14.
At the same time, the bolt 15 may be screwed into the other side of the nut 14 through a through hole provided in the side formwork. Further, in the above embodiment, a method for manufacturing a laminate using a silica reaction was explained, but in this invention, cement mortar, gypsum slurry, silica slurry, clay, china clay, or inorganic materials such as perlite and shirasu balloons are used as hardening raw materials. A mixture of foam particles may be used, or a cement-based or gypsum-based foam-containing slurry using a surfactant and a stabilizer may be used. Alternatively, a mixture of an inorganic binder such as water glass or phosphoric acid and lightweight fine aggregate may be used and heated to react and harden the mixture. Furthermore, hardening raw materials include asbestos fiber, alkali-resistant glass fiber, rock wool, metal fiber,
A reinforcing material such as a metal mesh may be provided. In addition, non-water permeable materials such as metal, synthetic resin, FRP, and glass can be used for the plate or sheet, and molding can also be performed with an adhesive layer interposed between the plate or sheet and the hardened raw material. Often, the plate or sheet and the fibers may be adhered in advance by welding or using an adhesive, and then the cured raw materials are laminated to obtain a sufficient lamination effect.

Conventionally, a method is known in which a polystyrene foam plate with an uneven pattern is glued to the inside of the formwork and concrete is poured, and the uneven pattern is transferred to the concrete surface. It was unavoidably uneconomical. However, this invention is constructed as described above, and since the plate or sheet is fixed to the cured body, there is no need to damage the plate or sheet, and the cured body is laminated and fixed to the plate or sheet, making it waterproof and moisture-proof. Not only does it provide sound insulation properties, but the manufacturing method also eliminates the need to attach the board or sheet to the formwork with adhesive.
It can be detachably fixed to the adsorption plate, and has the effect of easily manufacturing a laminate of a desired thickness.
