    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱伝導性の悪い材料で周囲を被覆した正特性サーミスタ
    と、該サーミスタに接続されてこれを所定の温度まで加
    熱する電流供給手段と、所定の温度まで加熱された被覆
    状態のサーミスタが冷却環゛　　境に暴露されて所定の
    温度まで徐冷されたときの電流値で切換わるスイッチ部
    を有することを特徴とする遅延型スイッチ装置。
