In order to prevent the occurrence of bed sores, it is necessary for the sick person to frequently keep their body still, but it is difficult to ask female caregivers or caregivers with limited physical strength to do these things. It is even more difficult to require such work to be done at night. In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, it is extremely difficult to change the clothes of the sick person, dispose of their excreta, bathe them, etc., and it is completely impossible for a single caregiver to perform these tasks. For this reason, not only do sick people require a large number of caregivers, which places a heavy financial burden on their families, but also the hospitals that house the sick people need a large number of caregivers. There is also the issue of personnel issues, such as the need to prepare personnel. Furthermore, when there is a sick person in the home, caring for the sick person becomes even more difficult, and there is a problem in that complete care cannot be provided in the end.

The head of the present invention includes a head body 1, a screen-like mat 2 that can be freely raised and lowered within the head body, and a screen-like mat 2 of the cloak 2.
2...220 intervals are set, and a large number of rib-like protrusions 31...31 are provided protrudingly so that the screeners 22...22 can freely move up and down within this interval, and a hole for discharging excrement is provided in the center thereof. 3
2, a bath set 4 located below the support plate 3, and an excrement container 5 housed in the bath set 4. The bed body l has an inverted U-shaped side surface formed by a frame body 11, a navel board 12, and a footboard 13, and the headboard 12 and footboard 13 are provided with lifting wires for raising and lowering the screen-like mat 2. 14, one end of which is mechanically connected to the motor M. Screen-shaped mat 2
is a frame rod 2 formed along the length direction of the head body 1.
A large number of bamboo shoots 22...2 at predetermined intervals at 1°21.
Several screens 22 and 22 located on the upper surface of the excrement excretion hole 32 are cut in the center and used for excrement excretion, washing water, and drying. The system is designed to provide a good supply of warm air. Note that when this screen-shaped mat 2 is lowered into the bath set 4, it is folded in half at its center and the headboard 12 side is placed in the bath set 4.
It remains on the top surface so that the upper half of the patient's body is above the water surface. (See Figure 5). The support plate 3 is large enough to be stored in the bed body 1, and is attached so that it can be removed from the bed body 1 at will. A large number of rib-like protrusions 31 are protruded so as to fit within the spacing between the ribs 22. It is important that the height of the rib-like protrusions 31 is such that when the screen-like mat 2 is lowered, its upper end can protrude a little more than the upper surface of the screen-like mat 2. Further, this screen-like mat 2 is driven by the motor M in a constant cycle to form rib-like protrusions 31 on the support plate 3.
. . 31, but it is desirable that the lifting and lowering cycle be performed at a rate of about 2 round trips per hour, for example, so as not to give the sick person a feeling of going up and down. In addition, in this combination of the screen-like mat 2 and the support plate 3, the screen-like mat 2 is
It is necessary to regulate and set the lifting stroke so that the parts 1, 21, and 21 descend to a position where they do not come into contact with the base surface of the support plate 3.

1. The bed-strain prevention mat 2 moves up and down within the rib-like protrusion 31 of the support plate 3 with a constant stroke driven by the motor M, so that the body of the sick person changes the body pressure bearing area at regular intervals. be able to. That is, first, the screen-like mat 2 of the screen-like mat 2 is
2. The support plate 3 that was supporting the body pressure in the 22 parts has protruded from the inside of the screen mat 2 as the screen mat 2 descends over time.
The support is changed to the support by the rib-like projections 31... 31, and the bearing part of the body pressure is changed. Also, since the screen-like mat 2 rises after a certain period of time, the rib-like projections 3
The body pressure support is alternately changed such that the support of the body pressure by the screens 1, . . . 31 is released, and then the screens 22, . As a result, the parts of the body of a sick person that bear body pressure change at regular intervals, so it is possible to proactively prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers that would otherwise occur due to bearing pressure on a certain part for a long period of time.
