Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）キャップが容器とは独立していて、該キャップの
係止突起が該容器の係止突起をのり越えて弾性的かつ可
逆的に係合することで該キャップが該容器に着脱自在に
嵌合される構造のものにおいて、可撓性を有するブツシ
ュ部片の上面部がｉキャップの天面に固着され、該ブツ
シュ部−片は該固着された上面端部を中心に外方より内
方へ撓むように形成されるとともに、該ブツシュ部片の
下端部と該容器の対向面の少なくとも一方がテーパー状
に形成され、該容器に該キャップが嵌合された状態では
該ブツシュ部片の下端部と該容器の該対向面とは当接し
ており、その状態で該ブツシュ部片の側面部を内方へ押
圧すると、その押圧力がテーパー面に作用して、該キャ
ップを離脱させる方向の分力が生じるように構成したこ
