Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、 骨に対して直角をなすように巻き掛けたベルト状
カッタを、骸骨の表面に沿わせて周方向に往復移動させ
ながら、該ベルト状カッタを骨の長手方向に滑らせる脱
骨方法において、食鶏の骨付き腿肉の大腿骨と脛骨とが
所定の角度をなすように骨付き腿肉の両端部を把持する
と共に、ベルト状カッタの両端を支持して往復駆動する
手段を搭載した移動ベースを設け、かつ、上記トラバー
スが大腿骨および脛骨に対して一定の間隔を保つように
倣いテンプレートによって案内することを特徴とする、
ベルト状カッタによる食鶏の骨付き腿肉の脱骨方法。 2、 前記の骨付き腿肉の両端部を把持している手段を

の張力を弛ませる方向に移動させることを特徴とする特
許請求の範囲第1項に記載のベルト状カッタによる食鶏
の骨付き腿肉の脱骨方法。
[Claims] 1.
