    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水中に設置される洗滌槽の側壁を内筒と外筒と、　　　
    を有する二重構造として内外両筒間に密封空間を形成し
    ゛、同密封空間内における前記内筒の外周面に超音波振
    動子を配設して発振器に接続するとともに、洗滌槽の底
    部を多孔板で形成してその下方に漏斗状の溜りを形成し
    、同温りの出口に循環ポンプの吸込口を接続するととも
    に、吐出口を水中に開口してなることを特徴とする洗滌
    装置。
