間に挟着した内磁形磁気回路を構成し、該内磁形磁気回
路のセンターポールとプレート間に形成される磁気ギャ
ップに位置するボイスコイルのボビンの上端付近に、前
記プレートを跨ぐ形・ てこのプレートの外周部に位
置する延長リング部を連結し、この延長リング部にボイ
スコイルと近似する高さにおいて振動板を結合したこと
