【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 圧電素子の適箇所の上下面に電極を対応状に設けて振動
部を形成し、さらに前記圧電素子板の端縁部に′、夫々
上面、側面及び下面に渡って連続する二個一対の入出力
電極を形成し、これにより前記圧電素子板のいずれの面
においても、二個一対の入出力電極を露呈し、前記いず
れかの電極を一面あ共振用電極に、他の電極を他面の共
振用電極に夫々電気的に接続するようにしたことを特徴
