以下の１段目捩れ角範囲において２段目捩りスプリング
をサイドプレートにより保持し、所定の捩れ角以上の捩
れ角範囲においてサブプレートとハブフランジを連結子
るサブプレート連結機構を設け、ハブフランジとサブプ
レートの間に摩擦力の小さい１段目摩擦材を設け、サイ
