ール筒の大径部に適宜間隔で突設された複数の半径方向
の突起と、上記シール筒に緩挿される中心孔に適宜間隔
で凹設され上記シール筒の大径部に突設された複数の突
起に嵌合する多数の半径方向凹陥を有すると＼もに外周
に上記ルースフランジのフランジボルトが挿通するボル
ト孔を穿設してなる位置決めプレートとを具えたことを
