円板状の第１プレート及び第２プレートと、該両プレー
トの対向面の交互位置に回転方向間隙を介して取付けら
れた第１ブロック部材及び第２ブロック部材と、該両ブ
ロック部材の間に形成された前記回転方向間隙の一部に
介在させた弾性部材と、前記駆動入出力軸のうち一方の
軸を軸心一致させて他方のプレート方向へ延長させた駆
動短軸と、該駆動短軸の周面に配設すると共に、入力側
部材である第１ブロック部材と出力側部材である第２ブ
ロック部材とに介在させたベアリングとを有することを
