回路への供給電流を制御して、その供給電流値から流体
の流量を計測する熱線式流量計において、前記温度補償
抵抗を前記流体通路内に突出して支持する支持部材と、
前記温度補償抵抗に接続するとともに流体流中に配置さ
れる導電体からなるリード部材とを設けたことを特徴と
