PURPOSE:To rapidly exchange plate cylinders and inking devices by a method in which an ink pan, an ink tank, an ink motor, etc., are mounted on a truck in such a way as to enable the ink pan to move vertically and the plate cylinder is held. 取り外し、新たな版胴を取り付けるという作業を行うが
、重い版胴を狭い空間内で取り付けたり、取り外したり
しなければならず極めて作業性が悪いという欠点があっ
た。また、インキの交換を行うには、インキパン、イン
キポンプ、インキタンクをきれいに清掃しなければなら
ず、その為には極めて長時間を要し、印刷機の休止期間
が長くなるという欠点もあった。
