Claims (1)
後、その管２の外周に遊嵌されている収縮リング３を差
込式管継手１の拡管部１ａの外周に押圧嵌合せしめて差
込式管継手１及び管２を縮径密着させて接合する差込式
管継手用接合工具において、油圧シリンダ４ａから突出
されるピストンロッド４ｂの移動する側に油圧シリンダ
４ａの外壁に連続してフレーム４ｃを有している接合工
具本体４と、接合工具本体４のフレーム４ｃに介装され
ており且つ差込式管継手１の拡管終了部１ｂ末端に係合
され差込式管継手１の軸線を接合工具本体４の油圧シリ
ンダ４ａの軸線と平行に保持する半円状の管継手係合部
５ａを有するクランプジョー５と、接合工具本体４の油
圧シリンダ４ａの軸線方向と直角方向に回転自在に一端
がクランプジョー５に軸支されており他端がクランプジ
ョー５にピン６ａにより係止されてクランプジョー５の
半円状の管継手係合部５ａとで差込式管継手１の拡管終
了部１ｂ末末端局をクランプする半円状の管継手係合部
６ｂを有する回転ジョー６と、接合工具本体４のフレー
ム４ｃに介装されており且つ内面形状がＵ字型であり管
２外周に遊嵌されている収縮リング３に当接する当接部
７ａを有しておりクランプジョー５と反対側の収縮リン
グ３の面に当接する当接部７ａの前記接合工具本体４の
フレーム４ｃ側の半周面が接合工具本体４の油圧シリン
ダ４ａの軸線に近づくに従ってクランプジョー５との間
隔が広くなる傾斜面７ｂを有しているＵ字型ジョー７と
より成り、Ｕ字型ジョー７若しくはクランプジョー５の
いずれか一方が接合工具本体４のフレーム４ｃの先端部
にピン等８により取り外し自在に固定されており、接合
工具本体４のフレーム４ｃに固定されていないＵ字型ジ
ョー７若しくはクランプジョー５が接合工具本体４のピ
ストンロット４ｂに装着されていることを特徴とする差
込式管継手用接合工具。 ２ Ｕ字型ジョー７の傾斜面７ｂが油圧シリンダ４ａの
軸線に対して直角な面に対して１°〜６°の傾斜角を有
している傾斜面である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
記載の差込式管継手用接合工具。 ３ クランプジョー５が接合工具本体４のフレ′−ム４
ｃの先端部に取り外し自在に装着されておりＵ字型ジョ
ー７が接合工具本体４の油圧シリンダ４ａから突出され
るピストンロッド４ｂに゛装着されている実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項または第２項に記載の差込式管継手用
