調節ねじ付近の内釜の部分縦断面図、第４図から第７図
は本考案の別実施例に係り、第４図はフランジ部に相当
する部分に歯を設は核間の一部を黒ぞめした調節ねじの
斜視図、第６図はフランジ部にマーク板を固定した調節
ねじの斜視図、第６図はフランジ部に突部を設けた調節
ねじの斜視図、第７図はフランジ部にエンドミルモ指標
を該設した調節ねじの斜視図である。 １は下糸張力調節装置、２は外釜、４は内釜、５は下糸
、８は台板、９はマーク、１０は調節ばね、１２は調節
ねじ、１２ａはねじ部、１２ｂはフランジ部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ミシン機枠に水平方向に回転可能に支持された、　　　
    外釜と、該外釜に回転方向の運動を拘束されて嵌挿され
    た内釜と、該内釜の円周方向に沿って配設され頂面にマ
    ークが表示された台板と、該合板番ご装着され該台板と
    の間に下糸を挾持するようにした調節ばねと、前記台板
    にねじ部が螺着され前記調節ばねをフランジ部により該
    台板に圧接し該調節ばねのばね力を調節し、下糸張力を
    調節できるようにした調節ねじとが設けられ、該調節ね
    じの回転により下糸張力が所定の標準値に達したとき前
    記マークに対向する如き指標を前記調節ねじのフランジ
    部に設けたことを特徴とする水平釜ミシンにおける下糸
    張力調節装置。
