させた口金を容器母体の上口外周側に遊歴して、口部周
辺に凹溝段部を有する圧搾牡型に嵌装し、基部周辺に凹
溝段部を有する圧搾牡型で圧搾することにより、牡型の
凹溝段部で口金の上辺を内向きに巻き込んで容器母体の
上口辺を衝え圧子挾持して袖縁を形成すると共に、牡型
の凹溝段部で口金の下辺を内向きに巻き込んで中空状の
小管縁を形成し、該口金の袖縁と小管縁とで容器母体の
口縁頚部を緊扼掴持する工程とを経て成ることを特徴と
する金網製容器の製造方法に係る。その実施例を図面に
つき説明すると、金網板を器形に圧搾して容器母体1を
成形し、帯状の金属板をその長さの方向に沿い環状に彎
曲しその上下辺b、cを予め内向きにそれぞれ小さく彎
曲f、gして成形せる口金2を容器母体1の上口外周側
に遊歴して、口部周辺に凹溝段部eを有する圧搾牡型6
内に嵌装し、該圧搾牡型6に相対する基部周辺に凹溝段
部dを有する圧搾牡型5で圧搾することにより、牡型5
の凹溝段部dで口金2の上辺bを内向きに巻き込んで容
器母体1の上口辺aを衝え圧子挾持して袖縁2’ を形
成すると共に、牡型6の凹溝段部eで口金2の下辺cを
内向きに巻き込んで中空状の小管縁4を形成し、該口金
の袖縁2’ と小管縁4とで容器母体1の口縁頚部を緊

ると同時に、牡型6の凹溝段部eで口金2の下辺cを内
向きに巻き込んで中空状の小管縁4を形成し、前記袖縁
2′ とで容器母体1の口縁頚部を扼持して金網製容器
を形成するもので、その口金装着工程により、容器母体
1に対する口金2の挟着力および扼着力を有効に利用し
て掌固に装着することが、最少の工程で確実に且つ迅速
に製出できるようにしたもので、製産コスト高騰の折か
