態に挾持されているダイヤフラムの中央部片面に該ケー
シング本体の貫通孔を貫通して被ル制御要素に連結され
る作動軸番固設された板状体が固定されており該蓋体に
開口されている供給口より該蓋体と該ダイヤフラムとの
間の空間に供給される操作流体の圧力によって作動され
るダイヤフラム式アクチュエータにおいて、該ダイヤフ
ラムが該作動軸側と該蓋体側との2枚のダイヤフラムよ
り成り且つ該2枚のタ′イヤフラム間の空間に調圧流体
が供給されており、該空間内の流体圧力を検知する検知
具が設けられているこ゛とを特徴とするダイヤフラム式
アクチュエータ。 22枚のダイヤフラムが同一のものである実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項に記載のダイヤフラム式アクチュエー
タ。 3 操作流体と調圧流体とに同種のものを使用するもの
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載
