    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外周面に多数の活字体を有し、周方向に回転しつつ軸方
    向に移動する活字ドラムと、該活字ドラムの前方に印字
    用紙を案内す不用紙ガイドと、上記印字用紙を介して上
    記活字ドラムと対向して配設され、該活字ドラムの軸と
    平行に走行するハンマ装置とを具えた印字装置において
    、ロータリーエンコーダの回転円板の回転軸と、活字ド
    ラムを回転するステップモータの回転軸とをカップリン
    グを介して結合し、然も上記回転円板の原点と、活字ド
    ラムの原点とを一致せしめたことを特徴とする活字ドラ
    ム型印字装置。
