Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジンの出力の一部を用いて駆動される操向ハンドル
    用のパワーステアリング装置を備える一方、運転条件に
    応じて燃料の供給が遮断され作動を休止する休止側気筒
    と、常時作動する稼動側気筒とを備えた車両用の多気筒
    エンジンにおいて、上記パワーステアリング装置の駆動
    状態を検出する手段と、この駆動時に全気筒とも作動す
    る制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とする気筒数制御エン
    ジン。
