Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an enamel product having no fear of corrosion of a base material on account of a pinhole by calcining the glaze coated on the surface of the base material then calcining the glaze coated thereon at the temp. lower than said temp. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a base material 1 is roughened to have ruggedness and is then coated thereon with enamel glaze and is calcined at a high temp. of 800-900 deg.C, whereby an intermediate enamel layer 2 is formed. Since the calcination in this case is accomplished at a high temp., the base material 1 has high adhesion to the layer 2. Enamel glaze is printed on the layer 2 into a rugged shaped of a prescribed design by a silk screen or the like and is then calcined at a temp. of 700-750 deg.C lower than said calcination temp., whereby a surface layer 3 for anti-slipping is formed. Since the layer 3 is calcined at the low temp., the generation of a pinhole 4 is extremely minimized. The enamel glaze prepd. by using low melting frit as an essential component is preferable for the enamel glaze of the layer 3.

Regarding TL URO products used as flooring materials,
In the middle, a surface layer (3) having irregularities in a predetermined design is formed on the surface of the hollow layer (2) to provide anti-slip properties. That is, as shown in Fig. 1, an enamel glaze is applied to the surface of a base material (1) such as a steel plate and fired at 800 to 900°C to form a glaze layer (2) in the middle, and on top of that, an enamel glaze is applied. Surface 1 is created by applying glaze to the patterned irregularities by printing etc. and firing at 800 to 900℃.
(31).The reason why the enamel glaze is fired at a high temperature of 800 to 900°C is to increase the adhesion of the enamel to the base material. When fired at a high temperature of °C, bicyholes (4) are likely to be generated in the intermediate layer (2) and the surface layer (3), and especially in this way, the intermediate layer (2) and the surface layer fi+ When a pinhole (4) is generated in the substrate, the pinhole (4) communicates between the intermediate layer (2) and the surface layer 1B1, and the base material (
1), and there was a problem that the base material opening) was corroded at this part.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing enamel products in which there is no fear that the base material will be corroded by pores.

Therefore, in the present invention, an enamel glaze is applied to the surface of the base material and fired at a high temperature, and then an enamel glaze is applied thereon and fired at a lower temperature than the above temperature to form an anti-slip surface layer. By applying surface treatment to the surface of the base material fil formed of a steel plate or the like, a roughened surface is applied to increase the adhesion with the enamel, and an enamel glaze is applied to the surface of the base material il.
Firing is performed at a high temperature of 00 to 900°C to form a hollow layer +21 in the middle. As this enamel glaze, common ones that have been used conventionally can be used.
Since firing is carried out at a high temperature of 0 to 900°C, the adhesion between the base material and the intermediate layer (2) can be improved. After forming the hollow layer (2) in the middle in this way, enamel glaze is stamped on top of it in a predetermined design using a silk screen. 'l L,

Further, as the enamel glaze for this surface layer (3), it is preferable to use one prepared using a low melting point frit as a main ingredient. An example of the formulation is shown in Table 1, and it can be obtained by weighing the raw materials listed in Table 1 and stirring them thoroughly.

As described above, the intermediate layer (21
It is possible to obtain an enameled product with a non-slip surface layer (3), in which the intermediate enamel layer (21 is fired at a high temperature, so it does not adhere to the base material (1)). It has good properties, and due to high temperature firing, there is a hollow layer in the middle (
Pinholes (4) tend to occur in 2) as shown in Figure 2, but pinholes (4) occur in the surface layer (3) above the hollow layer (2) in the middle due to low temperature firing. It is possible to prevent this from happening, and the bicyhol (4) is removed from the surface of the base material tt.
It is possible to prevent corrosion from occurring on the base material ill without causing the corrosion to reach the depth of the base material ill. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to produce an enamel product in which the adhesion of the enamel to the base material is good and there is no fear that the base material will be corroded.
