In general, when using refrigerated or heated products in -ffl5 vending machines, only the outer box is often replaced due to peeling of the paint or dents on the outer box. This is not desirable because it cannot be separated from the inner box.

However, urethane foam insulation has a better insulation effect than styrofoam insulation, and because of this, the thickness of the insulation material can be thinner, so urethane foam insulation is preferable to expand the internal product storage space. face.

In the following, a method for manufacturing a foamed heat insulating material will be described. An inner box jig 11 has protrusions 9 and 10 formed inside to abut against each other.
The injection box is formed by the outer box jig 12, and the injection box includes a bag made of a synthetic resin film such as a polyethylene film or a soft vinyl chloride film with a volume that is approximately the same as the volume of the box. Insert 13《.

Then, the present invention incorporates an inner box 2 having an opening 22 at the bottom to collect dew in one place and combines it with the outer box 3. An injection box is formed using an inner box jig and an outer box jig, each of which has been formed, a synthetic resin bag is inserted into the box, and a foaming solution is injected into the bag to form a foam insulation material. Then, remove both the jigs, cut out the parts where the heat insulating material was not formed by the protrusions, and weld the ends, and also weld the opening of the bag to make the bag airtight. After the heat insulating material is formed, the heat insulating material is inserted between the outer box and the inner box.

Therefore, when applied to an insulating box that has openings for inserting various instruments and devices or for draining dew water accumulated inside the refrigerator to the outside, the one-piece foaming method is troublesome, i.e., foaming liquid is required. It is possible to reduce the labor and materials required to use a closing member to prevent water from leaking or from entering the heat insulating material, or to tightly connect the inner box and the outer box.

Furthermore, since it is an insulating material made airtight by the bag, it is not affected by dew water, can withstand changes over time, and is easy to handle.

Furthermore, when creating the heat insulating material, the heat insulating material does not adhere to the surface of the jig.

Therefore, it is very suitable for vending machines where only the outer case is frequently replaced due to peeling of the paint or dents on the outer case.

1. A synthetic resin bag corresponding to the volume inside the box is placed in an injection box formed by an inner box jig and an outer box jig, each of which has a protrusion that abuts on the inside. A foaming solution is injected into the bag to form a foamed insulation material, and then both of the jigs are removed and a portion of the bag body where the foamed insulation material is not formed is cut out using the protrusion, and the end portions are cut out. After welding and also welding the opening of the bag body to form an airtight insulation material in the bag body, the latter insulation material is inserted between an outer box and an inner box each having an opening. A method of manufacturing a heat insulating box, characterized in that the cut-out portion is inserted into the latter in a state corresponding to the opening of the latter.
