Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）−面にダイヤフラムが配設された負圧室と、この
負圧室に負圧源より負圧を導く負圧源ポートと、前記負
王室内の圧力を出力する出力ポートと、前記ダイヤフラ
ムを挾んで前記負圧室とは反対側に設けられた大気圧室
と、この大気圧室に大気圧を導く大気ポートと、前記、
ダイヤフラムに設けられ前記負圧室と前記大気圧室とを
連通す、る弁孔を有するバルブ筒と、このバルブ筒内眸
前記負圧源ポート開口端と対向して配設され前記弁孔を
開閉する可動弁体とを備え、かつ前記負圧室と前記負圧
源ポートとを常時連通ずる連通手段を設けた負圧制御弁
