リコンダイオードを挿入して基準電源電圧に負温度特性
を持たせる一方、この基準電源電圧を分圧する分圧用抵
抗の一つと並列ニ温度補償用ゲルマニウムダイオードを
挿入し、低温時に負温度特性を、高温時に前記ゲルマニ
ウムダイオードの逆リーク電流を利用して正温度特性を
持たせ整流回路の温度補償を行なうことを特徴とする音
