素子冷却装置を他の電気機器と共に収納する収納箱を、
外気の流通し得る部分と流通じ得ない部分とに仕切板を
用いて仕切り、該仕切板の一部を以て少なくとも前記凝
縮器の一部を形成せしめ、前記凝縮器以外の部分は外気
の流通し得ない収納箱内に収納し、前記凝縮器は外気の
流通し得る収納箱内に配設して、前記凝縮器付近に前記
収納箱体の一部を形成する着脱可能な防護カバーを設け
た車両用半導体素子冷却装置収納箱において、前記カバ
ーの一部は車両の走行方向と牛行で且つｉ直な前記収納
箱体の枠組面から突出せしめ、該突出部形成各面の内生
なくとも車両走行方向に対向した２面に車両走行風導入
または排出用の２個の窓を設けると共に、該突出部内側
に走行風案内板を設け、いずれの車両走行方向において
も、前記２個の窓の内いずれか一方の窓より導入した車
