DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is designed to prevent moisture in the air from adhering to the evaporators of refrigerators and freezers used for refrigerating and freezing foods, medicines, etc.
This relates to a forced defrost device that completely heats, melts and removes frost that has frozen and accumulated.

The major refrigerators currently in use are those that can be frozen for a long period of time, so when defrosting the product, is the product frozen? It is necessary to carry out the process quickly without thawing, and in some cases of IJ-type machines that do not require full refrigeration, an off-cycle method is used in which the cooling machine is completely stopped and the frost is allowed to thaw naturally. It is impossible to completely eliminate power consumption during this period without requiring any heat sources,
Since all heating is required, this is done with hot gas, electric heaters, etc., and almost all the electricity is consumed during cooling, and one defrosting time takes 20 to 30 minutes.
It is common to do this two to three times, and the cooling operation is intermittent operation, but the defrosting operation is continuous energization, so the power consumption during defrosting must account for more than 10% of the total power consumption. As a result, although the proportion of each user's electricity bill was small, when looked at on a national basis, the electricity consumption was enormous.

Refrigerators and freezers that store heat in the waste heat liquid of the present invention and use it as a heat source for defrosting use all the waste heat emitted by the condenser, motor, etc., which is the part of the refrigeration cycle by a compression refrigerator, such as antifreeze liquid, oil, etc. The liquid is completely heated and stored, and all the pipes lead it to a part of the evaporator in a state where it can be efficiently defrosted. Under normal conditions, the valve is fully closed, and the liquid passes through all the heat dissipation parts of the heat storage liquid for defrosting, making it impossible for convection. When defrosting, the pulp is fully opened and passes through the heat dissipation section to allow full convection, or the pump sound is used to force circulation, and the heat dissipation section of the defrosting heat storage liquid provided in a part of the evaporator radiates heat. This device heats up the evaporator to quickly melt and remove all the frost that has adhered to it.It is used as a heat source to completely heat the evaporator during defrosting, and in the case of a hot gas type, the electric power required to turn the motor 7 times? In short, when using an electric heater, all the power for the heater is required, and when defrosting, almost the same amount of power is consumed continuously as when cooling. Refrigerators and freezers that store heat and use it as a heat source for defrosting can reduce power consumption during defrosting, and by guiding the heat to the inside of the outer box using hoses, pipes, etc., it is possible to maintain heat to prevent leakage into the outer box. Unlike the case where a part or all of the refrigeration cycle is led, high pressure is not applied, so by using a highly flexible hose, it can be led to moving parts, and it can also be used to prevent dew from outside the door, etc. Since the entire heat insulation part can be installed in the same way, it is possible to save a large amount of power overall.
