流を検出し、同電圧と電流に基づいて配、電線の一方向
の故障を検出する方向性地絡継電器と、 前記零相変流器と方向性地絡継電器との間に設けられ、
同方向性地絡継電器に対する零相変流器の接続極性を切

と、 前記配電線の相電圧と相電流を検出し、その相電圧と相
電流の位相から配電線に供給される電力の供給方向を判
