Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）非磁性基体上の磁性体に沿って等間隔に磁極を形
    成した磁気スケールにおいて、特定の位置の磁極の特性
    を他の磁極の特性と異ならせたことを特徴とする磁気ス
    ケール。
  2. （２）前記磁極の特性は、磁極の強さである実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の磁気スケール。。
  3. （３）前記磁極の特性は、磁極形成周波数である実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の磁気スケール。
  4. （４）前記非磁性基体は、直線状であって、前記磁性体
    は、その直線状基体に沿って直線状に形成されている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項又は第（２）項又は第
    （３）項記載の磁気スケール。
  5. （５）前記非磁性基板は、円板状であって、前記磁性体
    は、その円板状基体の上面部縁端部又は下面部縁端部に
    沿って形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）
    項又は第（２）項又は第（３）項記載の磁気スケール。
  6. （６）前記非磁性基体は、円板状であって、前記磁性体
    は、その円板状基体の円周面に沿って形成されている実
