  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　ふた材を容器本体のフランジ部にシールした容器に
    おいて、シール用フランジの１部にシールされない凹み
    からなる非シール部を設けた容器本体と該非シール部に
    対応する位置に開封性のノツチをふた材に含まれる１軸
    延伸フイルムの延伸方向に設けたふた材からなる易開封
    性包装体。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、凹みから
    なる非シール部の周囲がふた材によってシールされてい
    ることを特徴とする易開封性包装体。 ３　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、包装体内
    をガス置換したことを特徴とする易開封性包装体。
