方形部と略半円形部とから２段状に形成され、また上記
回転アーム部に割り溝の奥底に開口すると共に内部より
側方外部へ連通ずる透孔を備えた空所が形成され、この
空所内にその開口に臨む係止爪と上記透孔に貫入する押
軸部とを一体化した切替部材が内填され、且つこの切替
部材が上記空所内に内設されたばね部材により押軸部を
外方突出させる方向に付勢され、回転操作姿勢下で上記
押軸部が突出状態になると共に、上記係止爪が係合突片
の方形部側に対接して回転アーム部を取付基部に対して
回動不能にロックする一方、上記押軸部をばね力に抗し
て押し込むことにより係止爪が係合突片の略半円形部側
に移行してロック解除され、この解除状態で回転アーム
部を回動して折り込み状態となしうるように構成されて
