【考案の詳細な説明】本考案は高層住宅、集合住宅、学校、病院等多くの人が
集まるビル、住宅等における窓障子の不測の脱落を防止

従来窓障子の外れ止め機構が動けられていても、サッシ

けた第二立ち上り部片９の上方までに上昇させる充分な
