Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize an anti-tilting and vibration insulating device, a supporting platform of which does not incline toward at least one direction by a structure wherein rigid members horizontally extending between a base platform and the supporting platform, a controlling device for horizontal movement, and coupling members capable of elastically bending in any lateral directions are provided.
