Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the galling of dies, and the curving and wrinkling of a product in the stage of pressing a flat plate to a U-shaped section and changing the shape of a web surface by molding the flat material in the stage of closing the stretch-flange face and shirnk-flange face in the dies. CONSTITUTION:A work W1 like a flat plate is grasped by a punch 10 and a pad 11, and is folded between a pair of dies 12 and 12, by which an intermediate product W2 having a U-shaped section and a straight web surface is pressed. Such product W2 is placed on a pad 18 between dies 20, and a punch 16 is lowered to form the change part 15 of a web 13. A flange 14 is confined between the outside lateral face of the punch 16 and the inside lateral face of the die 20, whereby curving and wrinkling are prevented.

A pressed product with a U-shaped cross section in which the shape of the one-button surface changes is shown in Figure 1.
Generally, a pair of male punches 1 and a die face 2a are bent by a die 2 having the same shape as the punch 1 and die face 2a. At that time, 1] - To obtain a product with the culm, apply t, 1, bunch 1 pad 3 F liquid] sandwich the part 4, bend it in the longitudinal direction into the shape of the 1-piece surface 4a, and then insert it into the die 2. Add liquid to the flange surface 4 by pushing the moon 4 with the punch 1. l) ~
J is shown in Figure 2, and the expansion flange surface 40 and the contraction flange surface 4 (
1 has 7 lunges with 7 lunges and 4 in the circumferential direction.
Is the tensile, compressive stress J distributed in a radial θ4 shape directed from the root to the tip of b negative? i? I will be treated. For this reason, the stretch flange surface 40 is formed while being stretched in the circumferential direction 41 and with 4T attached to the n part of the tie, so the curvature 5 remains, and the contracted flange surface 4d is subjected to compressive stress in the circumferential direction. The curve 7 remains in both the edges and wrinkles 6, which are formed while bending at the edge of the die. 1tTJj FIG. 3 shows a cross section of the stretch flange surface 4C. This causes not only poor precision of the pressed product itself but also galling of the mold.

Conventionally, the countermeasures against defective phenomena such as bending and wrinkling have been to make the gap between the punch and the die at the part where the bending or wrinkling occurs to be about the thickness of the product board, and to make it narrower than the gap at the part where the other flange surfaces touch. - Forcibly inject the flange surface of the C product into the die and perform the so-called ironing method - (
There are examples of methods such as processing or installing a strain relief culm to correct the shape of the bent surface, but the former method may cause scratches on the product and cause damage to the product. The appearance is also bad;
The drawback is that the mold wear becomes severe, so the latter measure is unlikely to correct the shape of the flange surface.

Is this purpose? In order to achieve this, in the method for bending pressed products of the present invention, first, a bent product with a U-shaped cross section in which the shape of the woven L-shaped surface does not change is processed in the first step, and then A method has been adopted in which the shape of the web surface changes at about 1/2 of the length L12. This is the stretch flange surface J3
This is a method in which the flange surface is closed in a mold and then molded.

0 is placed in a closed state between the inner surfaces, and the occurrence of curvature and wrinkles is suppressed. However, as shown in Fig. 1, wrinkles 6, which were generated in the two conventional bending methods, were caused by the curvature 5 on the surface 4C of the elongated flange 9, and the wrinkles 6, which were generated in the flange 4d due to the shrinkage 7.
Curvature 7 does not occur in the final product W3 according to the method of the invention.

As explained above, the 43C of the method for bending pressed products of the present invention is that the bending of pressed products, which was conventionally performed using I II-culm, is divided into two steps, and the cross-sectional Since a straight product in the shape of a single character is formed, and the flange is closed at the second culm, bending is applied to the Ueno. This has the effect that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of wrinkles, and also to prevent galling of the mold accompanying the curvature of the product and the formation of wrinkles.
