Claims (1)
とづいて前記被測定流体に発生する起電力ならびに前記
磁界の磁束密度を検出するサーチコイルに発生する起電
力を出力する検出器と、前記検出器の出力した前記各起
電力について変換ならびに演算を行なって前記被測定流
体の流量に相当する信号を得るようにした変換器とから
なる電磁流量計の、前記変換器を校正する装置において
、商用周波数の正弦波電圧を発生する正弦波発生器と、
矩形波電圧が入力されて前記矩形波電圧の微分値に相当
する電圧を出力する微分パルス発生器と、前記正弦波発
生器の出力電圧と前記微分パルス発生器の出力電圧とを
切換えて出力する切換スイッチと、前記切換スイッチの
出力電圧について変換ならびに演算を行なって前記被測
定流体および前記サーチコイの各々に発生した前記起電
力のそれぞれに相当する校正電圧および比較電圧を出力
する出力回路とを備えたことを特徴とする電磁流量計の
