Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sliding contact material having an increased softening temp. and producing oxide which acts as a lubricant to improve the wear resistance by adding a specified percentage of one or more among Co, Sn, and Ti to an alloy material consisting of prescribed percentages of Au, Pt, Pd, Ag, Cu and Zn. CONSTITUTION:The sliding contact material is obtd. by adding 0.5-15% one or more among Co, Sn and Ti to an alloy material consisting of, by weight, 9-11% Au, 9-11% Pt, 34-36% Pd, 29-31% Ag, 13-15% Cu and 0.5-1.5% Zn. A brush contact made of the contact material undergoes much less wear than a brush contact made of a conventional material and has low and stable contact resistance. Accordingly, the formation of powder due to wear is remarkably reduced, and noise is hardly generated. This brush contact is equal to the conventional brush contact in contact resistance.

(Since then, various materials have been used as 1g moving contact materials, and in particular, as materials for brush contacts, U9-11% l') l 9-11% by weight, 1) d3/I-3
An alloy material consisting of 6% by weight, 29-31% by weight of Ag, 3-15% by weight of Cul, and 0.5-1.5% by weight of Zn was widely used.

However, brush contacts made of this alloy material have a low softening temperature and are difficult to agglomerate when sliding with the commutator, resulting in poor wear resistance, easy formation of V wear powder, and unstable contact resistance. The saw causes noise.

The present invention has been made to eliminate such drawbacks,
A specific element is added to the alloy material as a +4 material to increase the softening temperature by +1, and the generated oxide is used as a lubricant to improve wear resistance. The purpose is to provide contact materials.

本発明の摺動接点材料は、Au9〜11重量%。The sliding contact material of the present invention contains 9 to 11% by weight of Au.

This is to increase the softening temperature of the alloy material and improve the adhesion resistance. If it is less than 0.5% by weight, it will not be effective, and if it exceeds 15% by weight, the amount of oxidized p generated will increase. If the contact resistance increases, the contact resistance will increase, and it will become unstable.

Next, using the sliding contact material according to the present invention and the conventional sliding contact material having the composition shown in the left column below, brush wire rods with a wire diameter of 0.7 were made, and each of these was sent to Jtsubosasha. Cut them, put them in parallel, and make one end with a width of IQl+M.
