Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the detection of water level in the bath as well as the confirmation of the existence of a person in the bathtub by a remote control at a place except a bathroom by a method wherein a water level detecting unit, detecting the water level in the bathtub by interrupting light connection, is connected to the bathtub and a light sensor group, confirming the existence of a bath lid on the bathtub by utilizing a reflecting body, is provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:A light connecting element group 16 are connected with a constant vertical spaces on the side face of the water level detecting unit 15 connected to the bathtub 1. A cap 17 is connected detachably to the upper end of the water lever detecting unit 15. A light interruptor 18, interrupting the light connection, is a hollow cylindrical type and is constituted so as to flow water into a groove 19 through the cap 17 when the water level is risen suddenly. The light sensor 22, sensing a body by utilizing the reflecting plate 21 attached to the rear surface of the bath lid 20, is connected to the upper end of the bathtub 1. The light connecting element group 16 and a heating controller 8, transmitting and receiving an electric signal, are connected so as to send the informations of the water leverl, hot-water temperature and the opening and closing of the bath lid 20 into a main control unit 14.

The water supply and drainage structure to the bathtub 1 is connected to a heating controller 8 so as to send opening/closing signals to electric shutoff valves 6 and 7. Further, the heating controller 8 controls the bathtub 1 by means of a stopper 9.
The burner 11 receives water temperature and water level information from the water level sensor 10 and the water temperature detection sensor 2 suspended from the upper end.
is connected to send a gas combustion control signal to the gas valve 12 that controls the combustion amount of f, and to send an access signal to the circulation pump 3.
I'm l. As shown in Figure 1, if the inside of the bathroom is 81 and the room other than the bathroom is b, then the number of rooms in the bathroom is Mortoko/Trolla 1.
3 (hereinafter referred to as a bath controller) is connected so as to send a heating controller command to the heating controller 8. In a room 6 other than the bathroom (for example, a kitchen), a main controller 14 (hereinafter referred to as main controller) is connected to monitor water level and hot water temperature information via a heating controller 8.

In this configuration, when automatic boiling is performed by the main controller 14, the user must first go to the bathroom, assume the desired boiling water level, and install the water level sensor 1o by moving it up and down using the collar 9. In addition, the bath lid must be closed leaving just enough space for the water supply. When monitoring from the main controller 14, only a fixed value of water level can be detected, and only water temperature information can be obtained from the water temperature detection sensor 2. In addition, it had the disadvantage that it was not possible to check whether the user was taking a bath or not from a place other than the bathroom. Objective of the Invention The present invention eliminates such conventional disadvantages. The water level can be detected in multiple stages with a simple configuration at the end, and the water level can be detected by remote control in places other than the bathroom, and it can be confirmed whether the user is taking a bath (whether the bath lid is closed or not). It aims to make it possible.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a water level detection section that detects the water level of the bathtub by vertically arranging a group of optical coupling elements and blocking this optical coupling with a light blocking object. A group of optical sensors are connected in a tubular shape and are installed at the upper end of the bathtub to confirm the placement of the bathtub lid using a reflector provided on the lower surface of the bathtub lid.

With this configuration, the light emitted from the light emitting element group side of the optical coupling element group is blocked only in this portion by the light blocking object that is at the same water level as the water level of the bathtub. Further, a reflective optical sensor around the upper end of the bathtub detects whether a user is taking a bath or not based on the presence or absence of a reflector on the back surface of the bathtub lid.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 15 denotes a water level detecting section, which is joined in a U-shaped tube shape at the lower part of the bathtub 1, as shown in FIG. Optical coupling element groups 16 are joined to the side surface of the water level detection section 15 at regular intervals in the vertical direction. A cap 17 is removably connected to the upper end of the water level detection section 16. The light blocking object 1B that blocks optical coupling has a hollow cylindrical shape and is configured such that when the water level rises rapidly, the water flows into the groove 19 leading to the bathtub via the cap 17, as shown in FIG.

In the above configuration, the user presses the operation switch 24 of the main controller 14 without switching. Next, using the numerical keyboard group 28, the boiling time, desired hot water temperature, and desired amount of hot water are set. The heating controller 8 receives water supply and heating signals from the main controller 14, closes the electric shutoff valve 7, and opens the electric shutoff valve 6. The rise in the water level in the bathtub 1 is monitored by periodically sending a signal to a group of optical coupling elements 16 installed in the water level detection section 15. Also, if the water level becomes higher than the upper pipe of the bathtub circulation pipe 5, the hot water temperature is periodically detected from the buzzer 2, and if it is lower than the set water temperature, the gas taper 2 is activated to adjust the amount of gas to the burner. control heating. When the water level reaches the set water level, a closing signal is sent to the electric shutoff valve 6 to stop the water supply.

Moreover, when the set water temperature is reached, the gas valve 12 is closed to end the heating. Further, a boiling completion signal is sent to the main controller 14, and the main controller 14 receives the signal, turns off the boiling in progress display on the image display means 29, and notifies the completion of boiling by the buzzer 3B.

When taking a bath, if you want to use the timer to reheat the heat for a certain period of time, do not turn it off, but instead input the operation switch 23 and move the flow conditioner 130 control changeover switch 25 to the bath conditioner side. Next, use the timer 27 to set the desired heating time.

The reheat timer of the bathtub controller 13 above is used when you want to boil the water in the bathtub again the next day without having to replace it.
This is especially convenient when programmed heating cannot be carried out frequently. Also, after the automatic boiling is finished, the heating controller 8 periodically sends a detection signal to the optical sensor group 22 shown in Fig. 4 to detect the presence or absence of the bath lid. It is possible to check whether the user is currently on duty or not.
