    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属製のカップ状ケースの内底壁面に圧電素子を張り合
    わせた構造の空中超音波送受波器において、前記圧電素
    子として、矩形圧電板の一方の面に、長さ方向に平行な
    交差指電極を形成した交差指型屈曲振動子を用いたこと
    を特徴とする空中超音波送受波器。
