Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）レーザー加工装置において、レーザー発振器に複
数個の反射鏡を収納する保護筒の一端を配設し、この保
護筒の他端をビームスキャナに固着し、前記反射鏡周辺
の保護筒に複数個の噴射口を内周に穿設したドーナツ状
の円管と清浄気体を供給する管を配設し、前記円管と管
に清浄気体を供給することを特徴とするレーザー加工装
